I offer home and commercial inspections as well as inspections for pre-listing, year-round rentals, or vacation rentals. The inspection includes, but is not limited to, hot water heater, HVAC system, roof covering, attic, crawlspace, dishwasher, disposal and more. I will look for evidence of water intrusion in crawlspace, water leaks in the roofing system that can cause permanent damage to the home’s support system and promote fungus growth and vapor permeability. A full report will be emailed to you within 24-hours of inspection. The report has a summary page including photos of concerns, defects, and hazards. This will provide you with current information on the property in the ever-changing climate of the Sierra Nevada.
